The recruitment process
We make it as easy as possible to connect with jobs at kidsLINK. From applying online through this website to meeting your future manager and team, we want to make sure that you get a true picture of what it’s like to work with us.
How to apply online
If you’ve seen a position you would like to apply for, please send us an e-mail with your resume and cover letter attached. Make sure to quote the competition number in the subject line of your message.
When you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know we have received your application. Since we receive a large number of applications, you may not hear from us again for two or three weeks. Don’t worry, your application is in our system and we will contact you.
The interview process
Interviews are important to our hiring process. They allow time for us to get to know you better, and for you to get to know us, too. You will need to bring your signed application form and completed police record check to the interview. In a second interview, you may also meet the team or participate in peer observation as part of the process.
